In response to an inquiry we present a complete machine for profiling metal tiles in module type D22 621-3R Symmetric, design according to the drawing.

The finished machine consists of the following modules:

•       Hydraulic decoiler for metal sheets with Coil Car for loading coils up to 10 ton, sheet width up to 1250mm;

•       The introduces module with disc-knives to cut off the operating metal in automatic mode, limiting the production of unnecessary waste, equipped also into film applicator;

•       Profiled module on poles (rolls number depends from the tile specification). Profiled speed is under the control;

•       Presses to forming threshold of roof tiles with modules (parameters given in the specification);

•       Guillotine 3D, blade with high quality tool steel reflecting the exact profile of the profiled sheet;

•       Receiving table with automatic transporter, 6m length with automatic pusher for metal sheets;

•       Control panel with PLC and 10" touch-screen for automatic visualization technological process. The possibility of full control of the work process line;

•       Protection covers.

Possibility to make any design of roof tile in standard and symmetrical version.

The machine can produce one, two modular tiles or do any length.
